I've been mucking about for years wondering what to do with this cursed 2nd tier thinking, when I realized I can become a recycling consultant, whatever that is.  I could teach people how to recycle and also do consulting for getting various green ratings for buildings and businesses.  I could use 2nd tier multi-level marketing to appeal to everyone.  I could create a healthy Amber (Blue in Spiral Dynamics) that has values filtered down from Green and above.  I am now in the research phase of this venture.  (Update:  I am now considering becoming a corporate consultant who will go in and completely restructure a company from the ground up to incorporate compassion in it's outward behavior and inwardly towards its employees, and also have an interior corporate culture of compassion.)  If you have any ideas or know of any green rating systems out there, I would be honored to be informed of them.  Thank you.
